 11:30 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. Chair Yoga meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays:<\/span>  Perfect for everyone especially those with limited mobility.  Chair yoga allows unsteady and inflexible people the opportunity to join in at their own comfort level, yet reap the benefits of the yoga experience.  $20 per month\/per person.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3:30-4:3<\/span><\/strong>0 p.m. – Zumba Gold meets on Thursdays<\/u><\/strong>:  <\/strong>Perfect for active adults who are looking for a modified Zumba\u00ae<\/sup> class that recreates the original moves but at a lower-intensity.  The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba\u00ae<\/sup> choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination.  $20 per month\/per person.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

4:30-5:30 p.m. – Zumba for Life meets on Tuesdays and Thursday<\/u><\/strong>: <\/strong>You don’t have to be a professional dancer to join the party!!! So come have a blast in a party atmosphere while working<\/span> on your personal goals for a healthier YOU!! $40 per month\/per person.  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mind, Body & Spirit Summer Schedule. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tuesdays:     Chair Yoga  $20\/TTH      11:30 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    Zumba – $40\/TTH           4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.  (childcare offered)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thursdays:    Chair Yoga                    11:30 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    Zumba Gold – $20          3:3:0 p.m. \u2013 4:30 p.m.  (modified Zumba\/lower intensity)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                   Zumba                             4:30 p.m. \u2013 5:30 p.m.  (childcare offered)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(Childcare will be available, just let us know in advance<\/em><\/strong>)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bible Study<\/strong><\/span>  Meets on Thursdays at 10:00 a.m..<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Choir Rehearsal<\/strong><\/span> have moved to Mondays at 6:30 with the exception of the 3rd week of the month; rehearsal that week will be on Tuesday at 6:30.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Confirmation Class<\/span><\/strong> Call the office (219) 988-3650 for the schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ruth Circle <\/strong><\/span>meets the first Thursday of the month at 10:00 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Su<\/strong>nday<\/strong><\/span> School<\/span> <\/strong>meets every Sunday morning at 11:15.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AA<\/span><\/strong> meets in the Fellowship Hall every Sunday<\/strong> and Wednesday<\/strong> evening at 7:00 p.m<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
